IIt measures U.S. sell-through at WMT, TGT, and Amazon, for Action Figure and Doll properties with particular focus on media-promoted IPs and this on a weekly basis as from March 7, 2022.
- Specifically, it provides weekly market shares for the top 41 Action Figure manufacturers and 36 Doll manufacturers at these three retailers (which represent about two-thirds of the toy market in the United States).
- It also gives weekly market shares for 80 media promoted Action Figure IPs and 22 Doll IPs at the same three retailers.
- Finally, it shows on a weekly basis the shelf space at WMT and TGT for 14 Action Figures manufactures [and their 59 IPs] as well as 11 Doll manufacturers [and their 43 IPs].
For instance, it allows you to track the transition of market shares and shelf space for Disney Princess and Frozen from Hasbro to Mattel and how this affects Hasbro’s market share overall. It also gives you market share information on the newly launched Monsters IP.
The cost of the project is $2167 per month in weekly intervals since March 2022
